Strength. 3/6 He's able to easily pick people up, though he isn't too strong. He's just a bit over average.
Speed. 5/6 He's pretty quick on his feet, good for dealing quick blows that's hard to see coming. Also good for escaping dangerous situations.
Skill. 2/6 Not very skilled in much, he's still younge and learning.
Intellect. 1/6 Fish are not very smart creatures
Guard. 2/6 His skin is very sensative and fragile, which is why he usually wears his suit. It's his main protection for his skin and also helps provide him water to breathe.


Personality: 
He's very very energetic. He as a very hard time staying still and always needs to find something to keep him occupied. If he gets bored he will bother whoever he sees he feels the need to constantly do something. He also really likes talking to people and will constantly bother people by talking their ears off. He likes to crack a lot of jokes and puns whenever he can, he also likes to try to prank people as well. He mainly likes to jump scare people by jumping out at them, though he doesn't really like doing pranks that would critically hurt someone. He really likes trying to makes friends whenever he can, and is easily impressed by anything. He is also pretty easy to manipulate if you play your cards right. He's a very good friend and cares about their health and safety. He is pretty protective and will go out of his way to protect them.

Strengths: 
~Very very good at swimming, if you get into the water with him you better watch out, the water is his territory
~Has clawed hands and feet for slashing people, good for getting a grip on people to drag them around
~Fast on land as well
~He can regenerate his body if need be. It takes a lot of energy but if someone manages to chop off his arms/legs/tail he could grow it back within a weeks time

Weaknesses:
 ~He's very light sensitive, his skin can't handle harsh lights very well and it can really damage his eyes.
~His eye sight isn't very good
~Intense heat isn't good for him, since he's more of an aquatic alien he needs water to survive, if his skin gets dry he can get really sick and die

Symptoms/Diseases:
~ADHD, he has a hard time keeping his focus and he gets distracted a lot. Cannot handle long tedious tasks he would rather just get them all done with.

Backstory: 
He never really had a hard life, Floyd's had it pretty easy all his life on his home planet. Though, due to his personality type and the fact that he is very easily bored he set off at age 20 to explore space and try to find a new home for himself. A place that would easily catch his eye and keep him entertained. After a while of searching he had managed to find a place called Earth which seemed like the perfect place for him to settle in due to the large bodies of water. Floyd was impressed and captivated by the humans and aliens that lived on the little planet and went ahead to settle down in Moren' Heir.

~Can go 30 minutes without water before he blacks out. After 45 minutes without water he's as good as dead
~As much as he likes joking around he doesn't like fish puns, he just gets them too often
~He's the type of person to go, "ITS JUST A PRANK BRO."
~His favourite way to kill is to drag people underwater and drown them. Usually will try to drag people off of land to get them into water.
~Despite the fact that his mouth his submersed in water he can talk clearly to others

~His skin is also damp, his skin needs water to keep healthy so he usually tries to soak in water whenever he can.
